Northern Piedmont Sports Club United Volleyball teams are competitive junior volleyball sports teams based out of Warrenton.  Our United program trains and prepares players to compete at a higher level. We focus on speeding up the tempo of play while reinforcing the fundamentals. 

NPSC plays with CHRVA and AAU. 

Players who are interested in joining a United Volleyball travel team must pre-register online and attend at least one tryout date.

Players must pre-register for tryouts.

NPSC will hold a Parent and Player meeting for the players that have been accepted onto the team. This meeting will be held at (TBD). NPSC will also hold uniform-try-ons either before or after your Parent/Player meeting.

Northern Piedmont Sports Club United Volleyball Program Details; 

12/13 Under, 14-Under. 15-Under & 16-Under teams will attend

• 5  Single Day Tournaments within the Chesapeake Region (Northern Virginia, Maryland, and D.C.) on either Saturday or Sunday
• 2-3 Overnight Tournaments.
  • NPSC is looking to attend the following overnight Tournaments:
  • City of Oaks - North Carolina
  • DC Classic - Washington DC
  • VA Beach -VA Beach
  ***Nationals is not included in program Fee's and will be an additional charge***

• Referee:  All players will be required to take the USA-Volleyball free referee course to become a certified referee. NPSC will hold referee training clinics

Step 1:                                        

Complete Registration with Chesapeake Region Volleyball Association:

To register with the Chesapeake Region Volleyball Association (CHRVA) -- Access CHRVA by clinking [ Link to register at CHRVA.org ]

All athletes must register with USAV through the CHRVA before they can attend NPSC's tryouts.

This is REQUIRED regardless of which club you are planning to try out for. You only need to register once regarding if you plan to attend tryouts at multiple clubs. As a member of the USAV, we at NPSC, will not be able to admitted players to our club’s tryouts without the USAV membership card that you receive upon completing the CHRVA registration. This process can only be completed online.

Check the USAV age definition to determine which age group to register with.  NPSC is looking to roster teams with age appropriate players. Players playing up is discouraged.

You will be asked to pay $55 for your USAV seasonal membership. There is also an option to pay $20 for a "one event membership" this will allow your child to attend tryouts during the tryout period. Please make sure you enter the tryout date if using this option so your membership will be up to date on the day of tryouts.  Once you make a team you can then pay the remaining $35 by upgrading to a full membership.
