NPSC is very proud to provide TOPSoccer as a free program for children with learning and or physical disabilities.  TOPSoccer provides a safe, fun and inclusive environment for children with disabilities to enjoy soccer. TOPSoccer is the game for all kids!  All NPSC athletes and coaches are welcome to drop in and participate at a practice.  Children with disabilities do best when they are given the opportunity to participate in inclusive activities.   Accordingly, youth volunteers from NPSC’s recreation and travel teams are encouraged to practice their soccer skills alongside the TOPS athletes.  Please visit our website to see the list of outstanding young people that have earned the TOPSoccer Youth Volunteer of the Year Award.
