COACHING BACKGROUND

Brian McGee began his coaching journey with NPSC’s recreational program, leading U8 teams for four seasons and developing a strong foundation in youth player development. He advanced into the travel program as an Assistant Coach for the U9 Boys during the 2024–2025 season, later assisting the U10 Boys before stepping into the Head Coach role for the U10 Boys team in 2025. Brian’s coaching approach emphasizes teamwork, skill growth, and fostering a lasting love for the game.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

Brian holds the U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching Licenses for 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats. His commitment to ongoing education reflects his dedication to providing players with quality instruction rooted in both technical skill and positive player development.

PLAYING BACKGROUND

Brian brings a deep understanding of soccer from his years as a competitive player. He was a member of the Robinson High School Varsity Soccer Team from 2002–2004, serving as team captain his senior year. From 2001–2003, he played for the nationally ranked RFC ’85 travel team, gaining valuable experience competing at a high level.
