New in Fall 2026- Competitive Rec for Middle School!

NPSC's volleyball community has been asking for a more competitive development opportunity for middle school athletes who are ready for the next step but may not be interested in, or ready to commit to, the demands of travel volleyball. We're excited to introduce the NPSC Competitive Recreational League (CRL) – Middle School Division!
The CRL is designed for players who want to elevate their game in a fun, challenging, and team-focused environment. Athletes will receive increased training through two practices each week and will compete in Saturday matches, giving them more opportunities to develop their skills, build confidence, and experience a higher level of competition.
To ensure balanced and competitive teams, all athletes interested in the CRL will participate in a mandatory player evaluation. Players selected for the CRL will enjoy an enhanced recreational experience led by volunteer coaches. Athletes who are not selected for a CRL team will automatically be placed in NPSC's Recreational Volleyball League, ensuring every player has the opportunity to participate, improve, and enjoy the season. The CRL follows the same season schedule as the Recreational League.
Whether your athlete is preparing for future competitive play or simply looking for a greater challenge, the Competitive Recreational League provides the perfect bridge between recreational and travel volleyball. We can't wait to see our players grow, compete, and have an incredible season!
