Flag Football Divisions by grade:

Instructional PreK-K

Rookie 1-2

PeeWee 3-4

Junior 5-6

Senior 7-8

Super Senior 9-12 (Spring season only)

A player's division is determined by their grade. No player may play in a younger age division. However, any player who would like to play in an older division should select the Play Up option during registration.

Beginning in the Spring 2026 season, NPSC is transitioning to the standard NFL Flag rules so that our All-Star Teams can compete in NFL Flag Regional Tournaments. Having our entire league operate under the same rule structure will ensure that both players and coaches are familiar with and prepared for that level of competition.
