BASKETBALL
NPSC's Basketball Program offers a great opportunity for boys and girls ages 5 through high school to develop their skills, learn the game, and grow as athletes. We offer two seasons of recreational basketball: Winter and Summer. Regardless of the season, the NPSC Basketball Program's primary focus is on:
- Basketball Skills: We provide coaching and training to help each player improve their technique and understanding of the game.
- Sportsmanship and Self-Esteem: Through sports, we foster an environment where players can build confidence and character.
- Teamwork and Decision Making: Players will learn how to contribute to team success, make smart game decisions, and communicate effectively on the court.
Our goal is to create a positive experience for players and develop future generations who represent the game and community with integrity. We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
NPSC fees cover the use of facilities, insurance, equipment and payment to game officials. We rely 100% on parent volunteers to serve as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Scorekeeper and Timekeeper.
Coaches will recruit volunteer scorekeepers and timekeepers to serve each season.
