COACHING BACKGROUND
Coach Roper brings a wealth of experience and success to NPSC with 18 years of varsity high school coaching under his belt. During his time leading Kettle Run boys’ soccer, he guided the program to two state championships along with several regional titles, establishing a tradition of excellence.
His coaching achievements have been recognized with multiple Coach of the Year honors at the district, region, and state levels—testament to both his leadership and his ability to inspire players to reach their full potential.
At NPSC, Coach Roper leads the U17 Girls Premier Black team and the U13 Boys Elite team, where he continues to develop athletes through a blend of competitive drive, technical instruction, and passion for the game.

Coach Roper enjoyed a standout collegiate career at Bridgewater College, where he was a four-year starter and key contributor to the program. During his time there, he was named as a Team MVP, team captain, and an All-ODAC 2nd team player.
