COACHING BACKGROUND

• Erica began her coaching trajectory at NPSC five and a half years ago when she became a rec coach for U5/U6 boys.
• Erica began coaching girls travel teams at NPSC in the spring of 2023. She has served as both a travel soccer head coach and assistant coach since then.
• She obtained her US Soccer D Coaching License in the fall of 2024.
• She has continuously coached both recreational teams and travel teams at NPSC ever since the spring of 2023.
• She is currently the assistant coach for NPSC's U14 boys team and the head coach of a U9/U10 rec team.
• She will be pursuing her National C Coaching License this fall.
