COACHING BACKGROUND
Coach Robbie Rounds brings more than 9 years of soccer coaching experience to NPSC, including 3+ years coaching at the travel level. He holds a USSF D License and strives to create a positive team-focused environment where players are encouraged to make mistakes, challenge each other, and strive for improvement with every practice. Known for developing a style of play with high pressure, physicality, counter-attacking with speed, self-less play, and creativity.
