COACHING BACKGROUND
Coach Harding grew up playing sports in Northern Virginia and is excited to help continue the growth of youth sports in the NPSC volleyball program. A long-time coach for both volleyball and lacrosse, Coach Harding has coached at the recreational and travel levels and honed the developmental approach necessary for youth players. She has a passion for volleyball and enjoys being able to leverage her previous experience as a player and coach to help grow and develop the next generation of players.

Coach Harding has been playing volleyball for the last 30 years, with experience including the D1 collegiate level, beach, and grass.
