Volleyball Hitting and Setting Clinic

The major focus of Northern Piedmont Sports Club's hitting and setting clinic will be on the proper technique of how to set and hit a volleyball. We use fun drills to teach proper arm swing, snap and correct hand placement on the ball. Setting will be the other focus of this clinic. Players will learn the correct technique to set a ball. Players will participate in several drills to improve their hand placement and foot work.

Players in grades 6 - 9
